Baby YogaDevelop a practice with your baby that can grow through the years. Babies will participate in gentle movements that can contribute to peaceful rest, easy digestion and kinesthetic connection with the parent.
Prenatal YogaFor expectant mothers who have practiced Yoga prior to pregnancy, certain asanas (yogic postures) can contribute to a healthy developing fetus, easeful and joyous gestation, and improve the likelihood for normal birthing.
Child YogaChildren will practice safe vinyasa (movements) sequences that will bring joy inside and out. Partnership postures in which children will support one another are encouraged.
Adult YogaHatha Yoga focusing on breath and movement. Asanas (yogic postures) are the first part of purification of the body.
Toddler YogaChildren will practice safe vinyasa (movements) sequences that will bring joy inside and out. Partnership postures in which children will support one another are encouraged.
