Prenatal Yoga Classes
For expectant mothers certain asanas (yogic postures) can contribute to a healthy developing fetus, easeful and joyous gestation, and improve the likelihood for normal birthing. The goal is to relieve pain, increase circulation, and provide necessary strength to the uterus and secondary muscles that work in unison during labor. Yoga provides both physicaland mental control. Celebrate being one with your baby... soon he or she will out in the world.
The current class schedule for our Prenatal Yoga Classes is Saturdays 11am-12pm at Little Moon Yoga Studio 3636 Ashwood Avenue 90066 or private sessions avaialbe.
