Kind Words

It’s a true joy to recommend Molli Harrison. She is one of those rare teachers who radiates light and makes everyone in her class feel seen, welcomed, and at ease.

Her classes are not only grounding and intentional, but fun. She brings laughter and community into every practice, transforming a simple yoga class into an experience of belonging. Whether you’re a first-timer or a long-time student, she has a way of making you feel like family.

What stands out most about Molli is how she embodies joy — not as a performance, but as a way of being. In every class, you can feel her genuine love for what she does and for the people she teaches. Especially in a world that can feel heavy, her energy is a gift and a reminder that joy, movement, stillness and connection are sacred forms of healing.

I’m so grateful to know her and to have practiced under her guidance. Anyone who has the chance to learn from her will leave feeling lighter, more centered, and more alive.

Austin TX

I met Molli about 10 years ago, maybe longer, when she taught a Sunday afternoon yin yoga class at my YMCA in Austin, Texas. At the time, I was going through a very rough time in my personal life, and it is not an exaggeration to say that Molli's class was often the high point of my week.

She has some sort of gift to offer students in her class what they need right then and to carry them through the rest of their week. I got to know others in the class, because she made us into a community.

When the gyms closed for COVID, and my YMCA particularly became a day-care for essential workers, I followed Molli to another setting, and let me tell you, I hated to drive in Austin.

She has continued to learn and grow in her own yoga practice as well as her teaching and I still log in to her weekly Zoom sessions when I can. My friend in Pakistan gets up at the crack of dawn to be the class. All this is to say that Molli is the kind of yoga teacher one can usually only dream about. My own grown son was just a kid at that time, and he still speaks fondly of his time "on the mat" with Molli.
