Molli Harrison
Grounded in personal experiences of grief and physical healing, I share yoga as a path of reconnection, restoration, and resilience. My classes are inclusive, heart-led, and designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied safety, and community connection. With over a decade of experience teaching children, families, and adults in studios, schools, and community spaces, I bring a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach to every space I serve.
Currently pursuing certification as a Yoga Therapist, I aim to deepen my work with individuals through a therapeutic lens—especially in spaces supporting healing, grief processing, and embodied empowerment.
My children’s yoga work is rooted in play, creativity, and compassionate presence, helping children feel safe, seen, and empowered.
